An incredible experience with Elev8 Fire Engineering at their company away days at the stunning Coworth Park in Ascot

Some jobs are pretty special to photograph, and this was no exception.

Back in July I was commissioned to spend two days at Coworth Park in Ascot with Elev8 Fire Engineering, documenting their company away days that had been incredibly thoughtfully put together from beginning to end.

The experience brought the Elev8 team together for two days of business, conversation, incredible food and genuinely memorable experiences. This was no stuffy team building exercise in a grey dull business suite.

We started with a business session and Insights Discovery workshop, before moving outside for drinks and canapés in Coworth Park's beautiful Rose Garden.

From there, the evening moved into a BBQ with live cooking, followed by a fragrance discovery experience with Jo Malone, bespoke cocktails and a late-night lounge, everything was a surprise to the guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the expereince, what an incredible place to work.

The following morning, everyone engaged in some country pursuits, before coming back together for afternoon tea and a celebration for the end of two pretty incredible days.

There were so many interesting opportunities to capture, against a stunning backdrop of the hotel itself, and of course what interested me most wasn't simply documenting everything that happened, It was the people, the engagement and the story.

What made these two days so special wasn't simply the incredible setting or everything that had been planned. It was the experience Elev8 created for their people. Bringing everyone together away from the everyday gave people time to connect and enjoy being part of the company, which created an incredible story to photograph.

The photographs give a genuine insight into what it feels like to be part of Elev8 Fire Engineering - the people, the relationships, the culture and the details in between, and that's an incredibly valuable story for a business to be able to tell.
